How is the juice preserved if it contains no preservatives?

Our product has been heat-treated in Sterilization process (UHT machine) which is to kill the bacteria and microbiological substances before filling in aseptic packaging (to stop them from growing after that). This can extend the shelf life of the un-opened packaging for 10-12 months.
