Serves: 2-4 portions
10 g Anchor butter
200 g chocolate
100 g Chocolate Chips
50 g Chopped Nuts (peanuts, almonds, walnuts)
Melt the chocolate with the butter either on a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir the mixture repeatedly until a smooth consistency is obtained and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Add 2 scoops or as desired of Tip Top Creamy Vanilla ice cream in a large glass and pour in the chocolate sauce.
Top with chocolate chips and a combination of nuts. Serve immediately.
