Here’s a the recipe for great time with your friends or family
- Tip Top Choc Fudge Sundae
- ½ Tbs baking powder
- 50 g almonds
- 130 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 80 g Anchor butter
- 165 g Caster sugar
- 135 g dark chocolate
In either a double boiler or in the microwave, melt the Anchor butter and the dark chocolate.
To the mixture, put together the eggs, flour, sugar and baking powder.
Beat the ingredients well to form a batter. Add in chopped almonds and mix gently.
Spread the batter in a pre – greased rectangular baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 210°C in a preheated oven.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
