2 eggs

1/2 cup of sugar

3/4 cup of Anchor Full Cream Milk

1 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 cups of self-raising flour


1. Beat sugar and eggs well.

2. Add milk, then dry ingredients.

3. Use a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Melt a small knob of butter in the frypan and then spoon the batter into the pan waiting for each pancake to set and for bubbles to appear and then pop before turning.

4. Can be served plain or with maple syrup.
